So apparently that picture of the Navy Boy is on page two of the google images search for ‘navy boy’. How rad is that?

Yep, guns ARE neat

Navy Boy’s wedding went off without a hitch this weekend. Guns were fired, clay pigeons were destroyed, PBRs were drank, and Kyle was hitched. Here’s some pics from the gun shoot: 1 2 3 4

The first one is priceless. THAT is why I’m not afraid to say that he’s been my best friend for many years. Hopefully more wedding pics soon.

Fall is rad (this year)

Ever since I can’t remember, I’ve hated fall. Something about everything dying and shorter days and those cool fall winds. Halloween is neat, but it is just one day and fall is too many. For some reason though, this year is different. I don’t know if it is the perfect weather we’ve been having, the amount of skate going down, my black slip-ons, or the Packers’ massacre yesterday. But I do know that I am gonna enjoy it cuz winter is coming and the only thing it is good for is coffee.

Speaking of the skate, here is some more gnar from the hummer sesh. Yo Skyler, how’s the road? No emails yet…

Navy Boy is getting hitched this weekend. Should be a good time. Word is we are shooting guns on Saturday before the wedding. Guns are neat. Kind of. Later dudes.

I heart bubble sorts

I don’t know if anyone reading this know anything about Perl but it is a rad programming language, maybe even my favorite. Anyway, there is a very simple way to sort lists of information in Perl and it involves a spaceship. And everyone knows spaceships are rad. Unfortunately my Perl instructor is requiring us to do our sorting in a much more dificult way (bubble sort) and it is ruining my life. End of story I guess.

Hummer

Hummers are big and expensive and waste a lot of gas, but without them there wouldn’t be spots like this.

More goodies from that spot coming. Oh yeah, new video clips on the right.

Huh

I’ve been messing with the new video codec that is included in Quicktime 7 Pro and man is it nice. Video clips that were normally like 10Mb after compression are getting down to less than 5Mb and looking even better. I haven’t quite gotten the settings tweaked to where I want them yet, but as soon as I do, I will be updating the video content on the site. And it will look a lot better than whats currently up.

Other than that, not a whole lot new. Me and the cat spent about half an hour tonight hunting a fly, and I’m looking to buy a digital camera. Any suggestions are welcome. This one is leading the race right now, but that could definately change as I do some more searching. Oh yeah, I fixed the crappy javascript that was being all buggy on here. Should work good now.

Everytime I see one of this guy’s (left column, Brian Gaberman) photos, I wish I still took photos. But then I realize that none of my photos would have ever been as good as his are, and I continue not taking pics.

So I was at looking at this site today at school and realized how aweful the title graphic looked. I purposefully blurred it in photoshop and it really did look rad on my laptop. But as I’ve been slowly learning, those damn LCD laptop screens are lying tramps. That title looked like hell. It is fixed now. No more blurs.

Oh yeah, I’ve got a new video clip that I’ve been meaning to put up, maybe tonight.
